Thank you for visiting Rebakers Cakes. It may be a little quicker to check this section before emailing questions or filling out the contact form. I have tried to make ordering a cake as easy as possible but I understand there will always be questions.

Can I order in store instead of ordering online?

Unfortunately not, the website as well as being an online shop is also my diary. Placing an order online means that I get all the details I need to get baking, including contact information for yourself.

I can't place an order for a Sunday, Monday or Tuesday?

These are the days of the week the shop is closed. In order to make sure I am not working 7 days a week I have days the shop is closed. If your cake is for a Sunday or a Monday, it will be fine to collect on Saturday. I don't recommend collecting cupcakes in advance though, these do not keep fresh for very long.

I want to order a design that isn't on your website.

Currently I only make what is available online. There are custom options including character cakes, which can be in ANY theme. For example if you wanted to order a Mickey Mouse cake or a Paddington Bear cake, this can be done using the "choose your own character" range. There are the choices of cakes, tray cakes, cupcakes & biscuits. I am also happy for this option to be used to order a specific theme that isn't online, for example if you wished to order a England Rugby cake.

If you have a reference image I am happy for you to email it across to rebakerscakes@outlook.com. I will always do my best to follow your guidance but I won't copy someone elses work and we do not provide 3D models or figurines. If you wish to use these on a cake, please provide the figurines or models yourself and drop them into the shop (145 high street me88ba) up to 48 hours before collecting your order.

Can I check my date is available?

This can easily be done by clicking on any cake design and clicking on the date required calendar. Any dates that aren't available will be un-selectable. (These are dates the shop is closed or we are on annual leave)

When can I collect my order?

You choose the date and time when placing your order. There is a small car park behind our shop (turn down Pudding Road) you are welcome to use this whilst collecting.

I have chosen my cake but it won't let me add the order to my cart.

Please check that you have selected all of the available options. Once these are selected it will allow you to add your order to the cart.

Ive ordered but I want to make changes to my order.

To make changes please email rebakerscakes@outlook.com please include your order number where possible. Changes may not be possible within 72 hours of collection.

I would like to add delivery to my wedding venue but it isn't on the drop down list.

I will deliver to most Kent venues, if yours isn't on the list, please email me (or fill in the contact form) at rebakerscakes@outlook.com and I should be able to add this to the list. I try not to deliver outside of Kent.

When are cake samples available?

Boxes of wedding cake samples are available monthly. These will be available to pre order for around 10 days before the collection date. Once this date has passed the next months box will be added on.
